Vacation Rental ProsReviews of vacationrentalpros.com

Working with Vacation Rental Pros for about five years as we set up dates for family to meet at the beach. The app and website make picking out to place at the beach simple with vert good results. The staff make things easy and are very responsive if we have ever had questions or needed assistance. We are returning again this year. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

We found the rental property Lazy Lagoon on line while searching for a rental for vacation and booked it for 3 weeks. Upon arriving we were very pleased of the outside of the property, location within walking to all attractions to include the beach then subsequently the inside of the home. The only recommendations we have is to purchase a new pull out couch due to springs cause discomfort, maintenance on air conditioner to assure proper working conditions and to evaluate dock for safety. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked a 4 week stay for this year within a week of returning home last year.

We shared our wishes with Vacation Rental Pros, including budget, and they helped us find a very nice fit. It was the best vacation ever. We didn't even have to speak with anyone when we arrived. We just entered the code we received by email.and moved in. It was great.A nice super market close by was also a big plus. We followed all guidelines of the property while we stayed, and it left us with the BIG desire to return soon!!!

Very helpful in locating a nice spot for our family.

Very helpful in finding the right condo with the criteria we requested.

We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo from this company last February. The condo was clean, roomy & in good condition. The location was perfect for us. The owner/manager stopped by to make sure we were comfortable but never intruded on our privacy or time. The pool was convenient & well maintained. We have rented this property for next February 2017. The rental company is easy to work with & prompt in answering questions & request.

They really have a system figured out at vacationrentalpros.com. I have used that three times and never had an issue. You swing by pick up the key and the place has always been as described and in the photos. A few times I called with special requests and looking for information and it was never a problem. The rates are good as well so I really recommend them. I am more comfortable renting from them than with a private party. I know I will get what I pay for with them

Easy to book rentals online as well as good customer with any questions over the phone. I would use them as my rental management if I were to purchase a home for rental.
