I had a problem upon checking into room. The company didn't have a room with working air. Your company gave me a full payment for the night.

Our experience was wonderful here!!! We called and talked to Ty at the front desk and explained to her that we were running late. She said she would add a note to our reservation and assured it was no trouble. At our arrival at 5 am. The gentleman who checked us in despite the late hour was very personable for that hour explained everything for us and took wonderful care of us. The suite was exceptional as well as the pool and gym which were used almost daily. Close to the end of our trip as luck would have it we ran into an issue and had to stay longer. Again Ty at the front desk took excellent care of us and extended our room with no issue whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who would be staying in the Kissimmee or Orlando area. Again top notch people at every level here.

I heard a noise on the washing machine, so I went downstairs and got one of the desk clerks a Ms. Adriana T. to come listen, she did and promised me the maintenance man would come by 8:00 AM the next day it was 10:00 AM when we had to leave for a meeting and the maintenance man had NOT shown. If they are not able to keep a promise then It would be best if they do NOT make it. I wasted 2 hours waiting, for a person who NEVER showed up, and that could have been used for better things that needed attention.

Just love it, I wiil recommed it for your future reservations

I booked over a month in advance, payment was due at booking and received a confirmation; however, it was not officially confirmed with the stay location until a few days before travel with a different confirmation number. When I pay for something, I prefer to receive true confirmation without the worry of a possible scam. Everything worked out.
