The Vacation Villa
The vacation villa was nice, but with some issues. The villa or home that we stay in did not accommodate the 7 guest that come on the trip. The home did not have a pull out couch, which was very disappointing. It also did not have a working dvd in the home for movies. We had a issue with one of the bathroom knob in the shower, that need repair along with some other minus issues. I did reported this to the front desk.

Our stay was flawless
Our stay was flawless, other then the pool being down for 2 days. Cleaning daily rooms was iffy, but I didn't care. Felt like home. Would book in a heart beat again.

Cheryl, this is Mike Janes, I am Chief Marketing Officer of Vacatia. I was just going through your reservation and emails with our Guest Care team to ascertain what might be the source of your feedback. I am glad to see that you thought the resort was beautiful and loved the view of the lake. I do see that you were unhappy with the at-resort charges. Those fees, controlled by the resort, are included in your booking confirmation from us, primarily a $40/day refundable deposit and a daily fee of $12 for resort amenities. I wanted to verify with you that these were indeed the charges and more importantly that your deposit was refunded. If not please let Vacatia Guest Care know. Also, was there any other information that you found to be incorrect? We would appreciate any details. Thank you for being our guest at Vacatia.

Mystic Dunes
We really enjoyed our vacation at Mystic Dunes in Orlando. I easily made my reservations, it was in my budget, but so much nicer than I imagined! There were beautiful plants everywhere, the rooms were large and comfortable, and the staff really cared about doing a good job and meeting our needs. I will be back!
