I've never reviewed a website before but since I read the reviews on here before deciding to take a chance and use the website, I figured I'd review it after I was done. I woke up with my UTI at 2:30am and could not go back to sleep or even lie down despite being exhausted. Initially I was just looking up temporary relief until I could call my dr to get an RX or if they insisted, an appt. But this website came up in my Google search. I wanted to check an external site to make sure this website was legit. I was hesitant seeing the reviews saying it was a scam but really, was in such pain and since I'm heading out of town at 1:30pm today, a trip to the dr didn't really fit in my schedule. So I took a chance, filled out the form at 4:30 a.m. screen shotting it so they couldn't say I had put in the wrong phone number or no pharmacy (I had read this in the negative reviews). I did see that their doctors are only working 8am-8pm so I waited. 8:17 a.m. I received a call from a dr. We spoke for a few minutes and she said my RX would be at my pharmacy in 15 minutes. I picked it up at 10:30. I was relieved the whole process was so simple and will use it in the future and recommend it to friends. It's really annoying and ridiculous when people write reviews saying a website is a scam when it is not. I get having a bad experience and giving a 1 star review. We're dealing with human beings after all and they make mistakes. But if you're wondering whether this website is legit, it is. Might you have a bad experience? Maybe, but I didn't and lots of other people didn't either. I love that technology and medicine have advanced far enough together that I can at least save myself a bit of time!

I was kind of skeptical. I got a UTI and needed antibiotics. I don't currently have a doctor; so needed an alternative solution. I entered all my info and actually wrongly entered my phone number. I got an email asking me to provide a correct number. I did, the doctor called and I was able to pick up my prescription as needed. I would definitely recommend.

What a time to be alive! After suffering all week, my boyfriend found this site and the doctor called me within ten minutes! He called in an antibiotic to the pharmacy and it was ready within an hour. This service is a GAME CHANGER.

Wish I could leave no stars! I placed my order on Friday and no call. Called customer service and confirmed my number. They told me that since I placed the order late (around 7pm) I’d be getting a call on Saturday. All morning on Sat no call. Spoke to Jess who apologized and said someone would be calling soon. Waited all day and no call. Called Sunday and spoke to Jess again. All of a sudden they had a different phone number for me. She tells me this was the number from my questionaire which is a lie! I’ve never had a phone number with area code 224. I cancelled and requested a refund. Don’t bother with these people! So annoyed that I wasted my time and now my symptoms are worst. I’ll NEVER use them again.

Wow! Amazing idea and even better service! I didn’t know what to do and couldn’t see my dr. I was so uncomfortable so I googled treatment options and this site came up. I was so desperate that I gave it a shot. Within an hour and a half I spoke to a dr. He gave me advice on what to do to help prevent them, was very kind and listened to my needs. He knew exactly what he needed to prescribe and sure enough I got a call from the pharmacy 10 minutes later that my medication was ready to pickup. I can’t recommend this site enough! Will definitely use them again if this situation comes up or if a friend of family member needs it. Thank you sooooooo much!

It's not too good to be true- its that good. I got a call from a Dr within an hour. She immediately called in a rx for me. My total out of pocket including the cost of the rx was $61.51. A visit to a a clinic or my primary doc would have cost more- and would have taken much longer.

This was the epitome of fast and affordable. I am currently not insured, and called my local urgent care and the cost expectation ranged from $125-$200 for UTI test and treatment. There was no comparison when I came across this website and saw it was only $59 plus if prescribed antibiotics (the one prescribed to me was only $5). I got a call within two hours of completing the questionnaire, the doctor was very attentive and helpful. The phone call didn't even last a minute and I was prescribed the medication I needed to quickly get over this UTI. I highly recommend this website for anyone that is not insured and is worried about the affordability aspect of going to a doctor or urgent care. Also, the hassle of missing work for a doctor appointment isn't even a question. I filled out all my info laying in bed, and you can easily fill it out while at work!

THIS IS A SCAM. The doctor never called and I certainly didn’t get a prescription. I have been trying to contact customer services to get a refund and have been unable to get through to anyone! Terrible service! Don’t throw away your money - go to see a REAL doctor. They’re taking advantage of people who need help.
