Paid my money AND spoke to the doctor. I was told my prescription would be ready in 30 mins to an hour... When I arrived at the pharmacy there was no record of a prescription ever being called in. I spoke to customer service and nothing can be done tonight as all the doctors have left for the day. Complete waste of time and money.

I came across this site while searching for treatment on vacation. I answered the quick questionnaire and was pleased to see that they accepted PayPal since I was skeptical of the validity of this site. I was desperate as it was a Sunday and I did not see any clinics open in the area. The doctor called me within 30 minutes of submitting my symptoms and my prescription was ready within an hour. I highly recommend this website to anyone.

I was really skeptical at first because I’ve never used anything like this before and I HATE going to the doctor. Dr. Perez called within 30 minutes of me completing the form online and I was able to pick up my prescription 40 minutes after I got off the phone with him. I currently do not insurance and this service was excellent. The $59 cost was less than my urgent care copay when I had insurance. The doctor called within an hour and sent in antibiotics. Will use again!

Saved my family vacation! I started to have UTI symptoms as I was packing up for a family vacation two days prior to leaving. The day of departure I felt better so I opted not to go to my doctor to get an antibiotic script thinking my body had fended things off on its own. Well about an hour from the plane landing thousands of miles away from my doctor, I could not have been more wrong. As soon as we got to our destination, I started searching in pain for natural relief not wanting to mess with the whole out of state doctor search. I stumbled on UTItreatment.com and others offering similar remote diagnosis & prescription services, and after reading good & bad reviews for the ones that looked the most legitimate/professional (and in my uncomfortable desperation at 3am), I decided to give UTItreatment.com a chance. I received a call first thing @ 7:12 am MT from them needing additional address information. The CSR told me that a physician would contact me about 8 am MT, and at 8:26 am Dr. Abraham called to review my symptoms, deem it a UTI, and I was picking up my script at the Walgreens 1.5 miles from our hotel 1.5 hours later. UTItreatment.com is not a scam, and totally saved my family vacation from being a painfully inconvenient time for me. Worth every penny & more.

I was a little worried after reading some of the negative reviews on here but didn’t have any problems! They called within 3 hours and had a prescription called in an hour an a half later. Easy and quick.

So I woke up in the wee hours with a UTI. I was on vacation so I wanted an easy solution to my very uncomfortable issue and with amazement I came upon this UTItreatment website. I thought it was too good to be true and sadly I was correct in my assumption. I followed the simple instructions on the website and placed my order. I then waited by the telephone for over 3 hours and never received a call or email. My patience was running out and my condition was getting worse so I finally called customer service. The kind women who answered researched my case and politely explained that because of an issue with an address I provided my case was not being processed. I couldn’t believe that I was not notified immediately so to rectify the problem. So I’m sitting at home in pain waiting for a phone call that was never coming. I cannot stress strongly enough how frustrated and miserable I was to learn that nobody cared that I was home suffering. (I cancelled my order and now am waiting for a refund to be credited to my account. The money was promptly removed from my account but I must wait days for a credit to be issued. ) I was feeling so miserable and faced with, needing to go to an urgent care facility nearby or giving the UTItreatment website another try I made the decision to call them back and rectify the address. I spoke to another customer service person who could reopen my case but, to my astonishment, I would go to the bottom of the list and needed to wait another few hours for it to be reviewed. I couldn’t believe that this was an appropriate way to handle my situation being that I had already waited for over three hours and needed to call them to find out I wasn’t being helped ! I asked to speak to a supervisor but one could not be located. I made the decision to go to the local urgent care and write a scathing review of this website. The customer service was deplorable for any company but the fact that they are dealing with people in pain who need medical assistance is inexcusable. I hope my review prevents other optimistic patients from being mistreated. I never write reviews but this time I felt it was very important to warn others who need timely medical help.

After reading reviews on this site after I had already purchased this service, I was crying, too anxious to go to sleep. I thought I had just wasted $60 on this site just to get scammed. Maybe it’s the location where everyone else lives, but my location in Texas saved my butt! I didn’t want to make an appointment at the doctors then have to explain to my mom why I was going. I found the site online, placed my order and received a call the next morning. 2 hours later, I picked up my prescription! I just got it today and can’t wait for my UTI to finally be gone next week.
