Oh my gosh what a convoluted process, cumbersome, nobody answers the phone, the "chat" person is a fake. DON"T use this service.

I really wanted to leave a positive review, but they've given me no choice. I loved the idea of getting this treatment online and over the phone because I have no insurance, a pandemic is going on, and I knew Urgent Care would cost more. The antibiotic they prescribed did not work. After it was complete symptoms were still there. I told them this when they followed up by email and they told me to call. I called and they never picked up, but the automated voice gave me the option to hang up when I was on hold and have them call back saying I wouldn't lose my place in line. No one ever called back. I paid the money for the consult for nothing, and they couldn't even bother to help me after they prescribed me a medication that didn't work. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend.

I woke up with a UTI late Sunday night, found utitreatment.com and filled out the form. Around 8:30 the next morning I did receive a phone call from a doctor, asked me a few questions and phoned in a prescription. All of that went fine, and had I not had further complications with the prescribed medicine, I would rate it four stars. However, I am giving it two stars because a few hours after taking the first pill I started getting red spots on my hands, indicating a possible allergic reaction. I immediately called them in hopes they could switch the antibiotic since I was still in pain but didn’t want to continue the Bactrim. I asked to speak to a doctor and was told that wasn’t possible but they would send some info over to the doctor so they could find out what to do. The woman on the phone told me to call them back in an hour so she could tell me what the doctor said, they didn’t even offer to call me back with the answer, I had to keep calling them. I was very upset that after paying them I no longer had any access to speak to my prescribing physician, and frankly I don’t even think that’s legal. My answer back was stop taking the medicine and go see a doctor. So I end up paying to go to urgent care anyway on top of the money for this site. Don’t bother, if you have any concerns you are unable to consult a physician.

After reading reviews about the site, I was hopeful and continued to be during the first part of the process. I submitted my questionnaire in the morning and received a call within the hour from the physician. She reviewed my symptoms and said she would call in the prescription to the pharmacy and it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I went to the pharmacy, no record of the prescription. Called customer service, they assured me they would send it in. Two hours later, still no record of the prescription being sent. After calling customer service multiple times with no answer and no callback, the prescription was finally sent late afternoon. Customer service never reached back out to apologize or notify me that the prescription had in fact been sent. UTIs are kind of an urgent problem and there was no urgency from the end of the company to help. I will never use the service again...you get what you pay for.
