It was so nice to be able to use this site. I didn't want to go to Urgent Care with Covid-19 going around. I got a phonecall as soon as I was supposed to and the doctor was very nice. I will use again if the time comes.

They pay for reviews so I was skeptical. But, I sent a message late one evening and got a call back from a doc in the morning. I was able to go pick up my perscription about an hour later!

Quick, easy and efficient

This is a life saver. With the outbreak of Coron virus I was leery of going to a urgent care plus we drive OTR and don’t really have the time. I got my UTI treated and saved myself a lot of suffering. Just wished I’d found them sooner.

Quick and easy! I had a hard week and it was all topped off with a lovely UTI. I was so tired I was willing to bare the pain for another day just to rest when I got home. Luckily I found this! The doc called within 10 mins of taking the survey to ask a few questions. Then after my call I had antibiotics waiting for me at my pharmacy.

I suffer chronic UTIs and it's never a mystery when one decides to strike and they don't go away on their own and usually warrant a trip to urgent care (and an inevitable lecture about things I already do to prevent them). I was visiting a friend and unfamiliar with the area so seeing a doctor would have been difficult. The online consult was double than I'd pay at urgent care with my insurance, but after 2 hours of filling the survey I got a call from what sounded like a bored call center employee running through a list of questions. He said I definitely sounded like I had a UTI and sent out a prescription for 3 days of Sulfamethoxazole which I have never taken before but it wasn't expensive so it wasn't too bad. There are a lot of scary reviews of this antibiotic on other websites but if you get UTIs you know you'd do ANYTHING to get rid of that pain, so I took the risk and my UTI cleared up within 2 days and nothing terrible happened to me. I think this site is a good option if you're in the situation I was in or have lacking or no insurance, but I kind of wonder if the site is a pharmaceutical plant to sell unpopular medication. I got the vibe they were going to diagnose me no matter the specifics. If you suspect you have anything more than a very uncomplicated UTI, go to a regular doctor or urgent care. And look into D-Mannose as a urinary health supplement for prevention! I probably got my UTI in the first place because I forgot to bring it on my trip.

Got a prescription, but I still had some symptoms after completing my treatment. Called in to patient service to ask for a new prescription, which was no problem, BUT I had to pay another $59 for a re-consultation first!!! If the doctor had done a good job first time, I would not have needed another consultation and a new prescription....

I woke up with a UTI late Sunday night, found utitreatment.com and filled out the form. Around 8:30 the next morning I did receive a phone call from a doctor, asked me a few questions and phoned in a prescription. All of that went fine, and had I not had further complications with the prescribed medicine, I would rate it four stars. However, I am giving it two stars because a few hours after taking the first pill I started getting red spots on my hands, indicating a possible allergic reaction. I immediately called them in hopes they could switch the antibiotic since I was still in pain but didn’t want to continue the Bactrim. I asked to speak to a doctor and was told that wasn’t possible but they would send some info over to the doctor so they could find out what to do. The woman on the phone told me to call them back in an hour so she could tell me what the doctor said, they didn’t even offer to call me back with the answer, I had to keep calling them. I was very upset that after paying them I no longer had any access to speak to my prescribing physician, and frankly I don’t even think that’s legal. My answer back was stop taking the medicine and go see a doctor. So I end up paying to go to urgent care anyway on top of the money for this site. Don’t bother, if you have any concerns you are unable to consult a physician.
