This company is a con, don’t waste your time and money on them, complete rip off. Took my payment and never called me back, despite three calls to them. I’m in a dispute to get my money back now!

After reading reviews about the site, I was hopeful and continued to be during the first part of the process. I submitted my questionnaire in the morning and received a call within the hour from the physician. She reviewed my symptoms and said she would call in the prescription to the pharmacy and it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I went to the pharmacy, no record of the prescription. Called customer service, they assured me they would send it in. Two hours later, still no record of the prescription being sent. After calling customer service multiple times with no answer and no callback, the prescription was finally sent late afternoon. Customer service never reached back out to apologize or notify me that the prescription had in fact been sent. UTIs are kind of an urgent problem and there was no urgency from the end of the company to help. I will never use the service again...you get what you pay for.

I admit I was skeptical but I needed treatment ASAP and decided to give it a shot. Submitted my form online, received a call from a doc ~1 hour later, and had my prescription in hand about 30 minutes after that. In total I paid $66.50, which is a lot cheaper than what I would have paid at urgent care. I definitely recommend if you're in a bind and need something quick!

I woke up in the morning at 4 am because my uti was giving me trouble falling back asleep cause i was having to constantly go to the restroom so i decided to look up how to get rid of this uti fast. I found this website but was SUPER skeptical but decided to go ahead and fill out the questionnaire and paid the $59. Fast forward to 8:32 and i received a call from one of their physicians and he asked me a couple questions and then 2 hours later my prescription was filled and ready! I saved myself the trouble with paying to see a doctor and also paying for labs to be done. and it was so quick and inexpensive compared to seeing a doctor. 10/10 recommend!

Their doctors are useless. I told the one that phoned me that I was resistant to several antibiotics- we agreed which one I needed. When I picked up prescription I assumed it was the drug we’d agreed on and took it for the week she prescribed. At the end of the week my symptoms were worse and I dug out the paperwork only to find the doctor had given me one of the antibiotics I told her was useless. I contacted UTItreatment again yesterday and today but hours on I’m still waiting. Don’t bother with online chat- they are useless. Don’t bother phoning as they are also useless . They DONT care if you end up with kidney failure as that’s what can happen if a UTI goes untreated. Don’t use this company as there are better online doctors than this 😡

This was a amazing experience with them Sunday morning with a terrible UTI from hell and spent most of my morning on the toilet. While searching the Internet for remedies and stuff I stumbled across UTItreatment.com and I decided to try it. I filled out the questionnaire and less than 10 min later I got a call. And hour later and I’m back from the pharmacy with my meds and couldn’t be happier!!!

The website is a lifesaver! I woke up on Sunday With a really painful Uti and I don’t feel like waiting forever at the ER. I was searching online for treatment and I came across this website. At first it looked like a scam but I gave it a shot anyways. In about two hours a doctor called me and confirmed my symptoms. An hour later I got my antibiotics :D

This was as convenient as it gets. I felt a UTI coming on on Sunday and knew it was going to be one that wouldn't go away and would need meds. I couldn't fall asleep and by 11pm and even contemplated going to urgent care. Then I stumbled upon this website and didn't know its legitimacy. I researched it a little and just gave it a shot. It was only $59 for the doctor call which is definitely cheaper than it would have been at urgent care. Their hours are 8-8 so I received a call from the local doctor around 9:45-10am on Monday. Got my antibiotics by noon. Cost with meds was only $60.10. Well worth it and I highly recommend it. I will be using this again if I have another UTI!
