I have use US Tech Support for several years. They have always solve my problems and done it as quickly as possible. The 2 Techs (John & Don) I had today were really great they both explained everything and they were easy to understand I would highly recommend US Tech to anyone.

Recently I had the pleasure of working with US Tech Support (Victor C). He is quite an outstanding Technician and is quite helpful. This I say because I had the misfortune of experiencing a non-working Scanner after a Windows Update on my computer. Victor had my Scanner running in record time. Additionally, Victor advised me on how I can easily transfer my Contacts List to my new Samsung A32 Smartphone from a antiquated Motorola V360 flip-phone Various recommendations from other Tech firms were a total failure. Finally, I would highly recommend Victor C from US Tech Support for any IT related issues!

Excellent work with Noel. Appreciate his efficiency and knowledge on how to get my printer and computer talking again after a new modem/router was installed. He was kind, patient, and eager to help me. I only had to wait from 8 am to 4 pm which is about the time expected since you're now US Tech instead of ATS Tech.
