US Star Trucking LLCReviews of usstartruckingllc.com

Indian scammers

the worst broker you could ever do business with, they post a car 100 times even if no one takes it, when you try to talk to them, they answer you very aggressively, they don't even have a contract with the customer but they post non-existent cars

Horrible company. If there were no star ratings, I'm guessing the feed would be full of them! Had me sign a contract, said they had a driver lined up and then called back many days later after i called them several times wondering where my vehicle is. They then decided they needed $300 more! Do NOT use this company!! Albert will string you along as long as possible!

Was quoted a price for shipping my vehicle. Signed a contract. The company said they found a shipper. I.e. scallywag broker. That broker had a driver. My vehicle was far away. They scammed my helper. Then the other scallywag broker held my vehicle hostage for a huge ransom. Said I would never see it again if I did not pay. I called the police and filed a stolen vehicle report. The police retrieved my vehicle. It's still not shipped. The other broker harassed me terribly. The driver was a European Ukranian, no dot or anything on the truck. The scallywag broker was fake. And I believe us star llc, the scallywag broker, and truck driver are a 3som scam working together. A new low for the auto shipping world.

horrible, dishonest, sent a non-compatible truck, lied to the driver saying that when unloading I would have a fork lift, lied to me about prices, stopped responding to problems with the load I DO NOT RECOMMEND, DISHONEST COMPANY I had to send the cars to another place more than 50 miles away to rent a foro lift and have another correct truck, a flat bed, to return the vehicles to my yard, this generated more than 1000 dollars of extra expenses, they no longer answer the phone, they are not responsible for anything, they just want your money, and they take any communion (even if it is the wrong one) and you are left with the loss.

I only added one star because after reviewing one hundred and nine complaints and having this company lying about the price and service they offered MY BIGGEST WARNING TO EVERYBODY LOOKING TO USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, they are trying to steal our money today and all those so called good reviews are either people being paid to say this or the companies own workers. TRUST ME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

On 1/31/2025 my fiancé and I used US STAR TRUCKING LLC out of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Throughout the process both vehicles we were shipping were stolen due to US STAR negligence. The vehicles were a 2022 Lamborghini urus and a 2024 Cadillac Escalade. Both these vehicles had personal contents inside and we’ve taken an unimaginable loss due to this company. US STAR TRUCKING claims to have reserved RAM TANSPORTATION LLC out of Nevada to transport our vehicles but this company is not operable and doesn’t have current insurance to transport cars. This should have been easily caught by US STAR but due to their negligence we are out of a vehicle and personal items. I want to ensure other consumers are not put into the same situation. I believe the public should be made aware so that this doesn’t continue to happen. please take extreme caution before reserving this company

Horrible company, I decided not to use them to move my truck, so now they constantly harass me with texts on a daily basis. Sometimes harassing me.insults, sometimes just random spam text slls. This company needs something better to do, then harassing me. That's a cute reply, I have texted stop multiple times, and still over a year you are still lighting me up with text. I would think it's pretty weird that you would think I would want my truck shipped a year and a half later still. Like, hey man I'm still thinking about. No, stop now I have finally blocked you so I don't have to deal with it. But you guys are absolute joke.... Unprofessional.
