US Star Trucking LLCReviews of usstartruckingllc.com

any person if you need car shipping, DON"T USE us star trucking, they give one price, and change, they give one date and lied, and lied, cheat and cheat over and over, I no said what to do, but if you want to have lot of headaches , go a head

Worst company do deal, just lying start to end first the price then pick up time, which never happened, so I literally canceled the contract, they don't even speak English unfortunately

Shipped with them before and car didn’t take the time they said and tried for the second time and they kept calling me insisting I ship on a particular day and when I said I wanted flexibility Me Lucas got upset and said I’m not a good customer Saying this to say they have poor communication and your car will arrive late…Keep that in mind plus their prices is $200 above market price

My review was removed for some reason so here I am leaving it again. This company is untrustworthy. They leave reviews for themselves to hide all of the bad reviews that they get. they pose as a trucking company, but actually post their customers onto load board and don’t verify insurance or if a company is actually open before they book them to port your car. We had two vehicles stolen a Lamborghini Urus and a Cadillac Escalade and this company has taken no accountability for either of those cars. They’ve spent more time trying to hide the truth in this situation. If you value your things stay far away from this company.

We hired US Star Trucking LLC to ship a car from FL to MO. We signed a contract for one price, they asked for a $100 deposit, then ultimately took $600 (issue #1). The person arranging payments had us use a Paypal account and then a Xoom account because they claimed the first payment method did not go through (found out it did the next day (lying issue #2). The person taking the deposit over the phone was rude, dismissive, overbearing, arrogant and steam-rolled any objections to his mannerisms (issue #3). The day before the car arrived the delivery driver asked for $1500 and said they hadn't been paid, didn't know who the contact was at US Star Trucking LLC which was odd because how did said delivery driver get my contact info to ask for (additional) payment? (issues #4 lying and probably in cahoots and #5 switch and bait). ATP I am waiting with signed contract, proof of the two bank transactions where they took payment and the police.

Please see prior review I meant to give one star only not five if I could have given zero I would have

I would give 0 stars if I could. My experience with US Star Trucking LLC was extremely disappointing. I booked vehicle transportation during a military PCS move and was given assurances regarding pickup timing. When the scheduled pickup did not happen, communication became unreliable and I was left without clear answers or a realistic timeline. Because of the lack of communication and failure to arrange transportation as promised, I was forced to find another company at a significantly higher cost just to ensure my vehicle would arrive where it needed to be. This created unnecessary stress, financial hardship, and uncertainty for my family during an already challenging military relocation. What is most frustrating is that after acknowledging the stress and financial burden their service caused, the company refused to take any responsibility and simply pointed to contract language stating they are only a broker. In my opinion, if a company accepts payment to coordinate transportation, customers should reasonably expect timely communication, accountability, and assistance when problems arise. I would strongly caution anyone—especially military families working under strict relocation timelines—before using this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend US Star Trucking LLC.

They lie about price and want your card. Then charge it and try getting you to take a higher price last minute. Do not trust them. If you be so deceptive how sure your car will arrive
