Fast service
This was almost an impulse purchase. I stumbled upon their site, and noticed an unbeatable price on a pallet lot, with free shipping, but less than 48hours remaining on the sale. I had to scramble to pull together the money, and they scrambled to get the goods out the door. Now I've got all the panels I need, and it'll take me the rest of the summer to procure the other components and build my system.

Good overall experience
Good overall experience Andrew helped me get the solar panels I wanted and went the extra mile to have them delivered even though they needed to break down the shipment specific to my order. Only issue was it took 2.5 months to deliver and I was told it would take an extra month. Fortunately I did not have the installation scheduled yet so it wasn't a major issue for me. The panels have arrived and so far so good.
