Made me think I actually had a reservation for a storage unit but when I called the facility they told me that they had NO openings for the requested date.

The best part of my experience was Robert. He called me this morning and thanked me for my interest in storage space at Usselfstorage. He offered a stop by and tour of the facility/grounds where my vehicle would be stored. Once, I arrived he had a bright warm friendly smile and was very professional with the administrative process. Reserved a 10'x 35' spot, was given one more of a 10'x 20' if that. Hopefully will move to a bigger spot tomorrow

I had been searching for parking for my rv. I emailed or contacted probably 10 storage facilities. USSelfStorage was absolutely the fastest response. The location is ideal, and manager was quite pleasant when he called

Very easy to reserve online. When I arrived to secure my reservation, it was discovered that the reserved unit was still in use. A similar unit a few doors down was offered, but @ a higher rent. The agent onsite was able to obtain my original offer price at my insistence. The monthly insurance charge was not disclosed during the reservation process. Over all I was happy with the process. Your onsite agent was personable and professional.
