USSelfStorage.comReviews of usselfstorage.com

Got a unit finally! My third try with this web-site. The first two units were not supposed to even be listed. My third time I finally got a unit. Thank You!

Time saver and great discounts

I reserved a storage unit through US self storage on line. They gave me a confirmation number for the unit I reserved. I contacted the storage facility to make sure I can meet someone there on movie in day, and they stated they have no units available. This type of business is not what you need when your moving. I'm very disappointed. I would give it zero stars.

was able to reserve without much difficulty and work well

Dominic was very courteous and helpful. The place is clean and spacious.

I like the comparison with rates wish i could have found a cheaper rate closer to my area in midtown for a size 5×5 unit

Excellent as usual - Extra Space Storage!!! Received reply within half an hour. I've used Extra Space storage in NJ, and Charlotte, NC

Mike took great care of me! I appreciate all of his help and patience as I showed up late for my appointment.
