Very easy to navigate website and then a follow-up call from the leasing manager .. very professional and very pleased so far with all that has occurred. Hopefully the strong service will continue and I can continue to write positive reviews !!!

Mark called me immediately to make sure I could come by prior to moving in to insure that I was getting the best product and what I needed. Impressive. I will check it out tomorrow.

Reserving my line was easy and the rate is reasonable. My only issue is when I selected my unit size online, it stated it was on the 1st floor. I also received a confirmation email stating unit first floor. When someone called me from the storage place, they stated my unit was on the 2nd floor. I advised that is not what I selected. She stated all they had available were 2nd floor units. This is a problem because my movers will charge extra for carrying a 2 bedroom apartment worth of items up stairs.

Online site booked me for a spot but the location did not even have one available.

Good site, good pricing, good follow up. My complaint and reason for four stars and not 5? I need to change the date of my reservation, and I have to call to do so. Why not add a way to do it on line? If there is a way and I missed it, it's very well hidden.
