Ordered an item online, shipping was going to take too long to come in. Saw the local location on base had the item in stock, so i drove over and purchased it in person. Called to cancel the order but they said they couldn't cancel it, but to be assured I could return it for a full refund. Not only could I not return it in-store, when I went to initiate the return online, they wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL shipping fee to return it. So essentially I am left with 2 items when I only needed 1 (as a gift) and it doesnt make sense to return the 2nd item as between shipping costs here, and shipping costs for the return, I would only get back 1/3rd the price I initially paid.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and understand how disappointing that experience must have been. Our team has reached out directly to help resolve the situation and ensure the return process is taken care of. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make it right!
