Ordered boots that never came in! I ordered a pair of Lowa's that were on sale and they never shipped. The backorder date kept getting pushed back, month after month. Hard to get a response from anyone and they had the boots in stock at full price but my sale price was obviously continually pushed to the back burner. Unimpressed, will never buy from this company again.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the experience you had. The item you ordered was originally on backorder, but then was ultimately discontinued by the manufacturer, which is why we were not able to fulfill it. We understand how frustrating the repeated delays and lack of clear communication were. We take this feedback seriously and are working to improve how we communicate updates in the future. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding your experience, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
