Truly unacceptable experience. No issues with the delivery or anything up to the delivery itself but their customer service and internal communication is horrible. After ordering a sectional and assembling it, I noticed that I had been given the wrong arm for the sofa. I contacted their office immediately and was asked to provide documentation so they would be able to replace it. Received an email shortly confirming delivery for that upcoming Friday. I waited the entire day and called but they never showed up. I immediately send an email and call them to find out why they never showed up- no response. Called and left voicemails - no response. Finally got someone on the whole who apologized profusely and promised to order the missing arm for delivery. Also promised to call back and confirm but of course no return call. When I call to try and confirm, they tell me the piece has not been ordered and I'm not scheduled for delivery. This happens THREE MORE TIMES. I ordered the couch MORE than a month ago AND I STILL DONT HAVE THE ARM. I've hosted folks in my home TWICE and had to awkwardly explain why my couch is missing a VERY noticeable part of the sectional. They even promised to have the OWNER call me and of course, no call was received. As a small business owner, I understand that you have challenges but to go an entire MONTH without a resolution or at least a fair attempt at communicating one with a customer is unacceptable. I was fairly patient with them but this is going on 6 weeks and no one seems to know what's going on. Patronize at your own risk.

My experience with YesFurniture was stellar! Such a great price a great sectional. I thought for sure it was too good to be true, but everything was great! Even the delivery guy was on time, polite and accommodating. I highly recommend YesFurnitre.

Great overall experience! This is my second time using them and I love my furniture. Service was wonderful, with the exception of a 1 week ship delay. Other than that, it was perfect!
