I had the best experience with Emerlee Trevino that I could have hoped for.I just wish I would have found her in the very beginning when I tried to navigate through SAM on my own.She was always there when I had a problem or did not understand something.Thanks again Emerlee.

The process to register for our SAM was tedious and complicated. Without the help of our case manager Mary Kelly I would have given up. Whenever possible she took care of everything. Thank you Mary! Early on in the process I was also contacted by another individual at USFCR who tried to sell me on registering for the SAP program. This program did not make sense for our organization. The high pressure sales pitch was annoying.
