Compared to when I originally signed up with sam.gov this renewal process was a walk in the park. The original application was a walk through hell. The original application process was very difficult and time consuming. Because of that we lost the opportunity to get approved for a $100,000 Rural Health Grant that we paid a law firm $2,000 to write.

Our registration in the SAM system got complicated due to several mitigating circumstances. We reached out to USFCR for their assistance, specifically their knowledge of the correct way to make the appropriate changes in the system. The process wound up taking close to 2 weeks. The consultant at USFCR was extraordinarily helpful and incredibly patient. Her knowledge of the system and how to perform the various tasks needed was very commendable.
