It is tough to navigate the byzantine and archaic Federal Government agency network that effectively controls whether or not a grant is actually fundable. It is hard enough to write and win a grant. But that is only half the way toward the goal.

As a Navy veteran I've always wanted to be able to do something to continue service to my country after discharge.
