I was on the phone with Adam within an hour of first reaching out and Kendall got on a call the next day. We then moved into a second phase of closing on a government contract (the impetus for the previous step). Again, the dynamic duo was ON TOP OF THE SITUATION like I've never seen. They were open to taking calls at any hour of the day, sending updates, gathering information on our behalf, and moving us forward as expeditiously as anyone could. In the end, WE GOT THE CONTRACT. And I am confident that this achievement was a direct result of working with USFCR. Beyond that, the confidence their expertise gave me throughout the entire process was invaluable in staying motivated and persevering through the bureaucratic maze of government contracting. That confidence persists and will certainly be supportive as USFCR and my company continue to partner on attaining government contracts in the future.
