I have been using Wheelhouse to manage pricing for my Airbnb listing in the DC area for years now. Now I am managing short term rental properties for other hosts. The reason I am able to make my clients a lot more money than they can on their own is because of Wheelhouse. It is my "secret sauce"! With Wheelhouse, I can configure a pricing strategy that maximizes earnings and helps me never leave potential earnings on the table again. This service literally pays for itself again and again, and makes my clients eyes pop in surprise when they see the earnings I'm making for them. This system literally breaks the pricing "code" that remains a mystery for most short term rental hosts. It makes it possible for hosts to find the ever elusive holy grail of optimal earnings.
