Wheelhouse SoftwareReviews of usewheelhouse.com

I have used this software for thousands of listings across the US and abroad. As a full time revenue professional in the short term rental space, I cannot say enough good things about this product. It is robust and allows for all of the customizations I need- which are a lot. At the end of the day, this product has put more money into the hands of my clients and makes my job tremendously easier. Win-win. Customer service is also top notch- responding to my middle of the night inquiries with 24/7 availability.

It pays for itself many times over by maximizing occupancy. I'd never be able to constantly adjust pricing dynamically like Wheelhouse does.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Game-Changer for Short-Term Rental Pricing! Wheelhouse has completely transformed the way I manage pricing for my short-term rentals. The platform is incredibly intuitive, offering deep insights and dynamic pricing strategies that have helped me maximize revenue while maintaining strong occupancy rates. What I love most is the level of customization—whether I want fully automated pricing or more control over specific adjustments, Wheelhouse gives me the flexibility I need. The market data is top-notch, and their customer support is always helpful and responsive. Since switching to Wheelhouse, I’ve seen a noticeable increase in profitability and efficiency. If you’re in the vacation rental space and looking for a smarter way to price your listings, I highly recommend giving Wheelhouse a try!

We have been using Wheelhouse for the past year for our Airbnb. While you can customize options, the automation works great for most things. It has increased our revenue and we don’t even have to think about it! Would highly recommend. I only wish I knew about them sooner!

Great service always resolves your situation right away It feels like there is someone by your side helping you out

I appreciate the granularity in presentation of data, which enables me to employ effective revenue management tactics and strategies to increase KPIs.

Works! I am learning a lot. And whenever you have questions or need guidance, you can schedule an appointment with an actual person. They offer a lot of training and how-to videos which I appreciate. I have also attended a few of the Round Tables - a webinar over zoom with leaders in the short term industry- from which I gained excelllent tips that have strengthened my pricing strategies. One thing to note: for real results, owners need to participate and reassess as time goes by. It's not an auto pilot situation. The other thing that is awesome is that the prices are forecast out, so I was able to make a price quote for a returning guest 12 months in advance. Such a relief to work with data and not guessing.

I bought Wheelhouse to manage my prices as I felt that Airbnb dynamic pricing was underselling me. Since I have installed Wheelhouse, I am getting better prices in line with actual market and historic data. I now have peace of mind and just monitor the predictive pricing from time to time just to see how it is going.
