I have been catching up on all the shows I truly love.

The installation tech was actually a few minutes early. He was very respectful, and understanding, due to our household being a large family. Was very informative regarding the new services.

Girl, you really need to try dish network for you cable company. Dish is the bomb . com, my bill never changes from month to month, The amount due is always the same, and the person I spoke with win I inquired and signed up were very helpful, and cordial as well as knowledgeable about the Dish network services. I'm telling you if you want a reliable cable company the way to go is Dish Network. I think they are the top cable company and I think that they are all that and a bag of chips. You really need to give them a try!

We were in the middle of moving when he showed up to install, he worked around all of us coming and going and got everything set up with a great attitude, he was awesome.

The system works okay... loose or get trashing picture at times. Not happy with the guide.. could be more user friendly. Would be nice if showed small window with preview of channels as going through guide. Maybe just still learning system, but seems very cumbersome.

You should sign up with dish!! I was having so many problems with direct tv it was not enjoyable. A friend told me about dish and it has been a delightful experience ever since!! While setting me up over the phone they were very friendly. It was also the same when the tech came to get us all hooked up! I highly recommend dish to everyone! Thanks for keeping your word!

As soon as I called to switch services they were very helpful. They were able to schedule my appointment around my schedule, which was great!! That day we had service and they gentleman was very nice and helpful. We also purchased the surround sound system and he showed us how to use that. He was unable to find a good spot to put the actual dish, so we had to make another appointment to dig line. The next appoint was great as well he came on time dug the trench didn't make a mess and was done and our service has been working great ever since :)
