I am and do enjoy my DISH system but am at a loss with out the internet I was promised. I requested and was told I'd have it but still don't have it.

I want happy with the installation our the installer but the internet and dish worked great at home. Love the hopper. Downside is shortly after installation I left on vacation as I had told the salesman and I haven't been able to watch on the road at all. A whole month wasted and at over a hundred bucks a month it just makes me wonder if it's worth it. Hope it gets better.

I really love Dish Network. Better selections and better customer service than any cable company. This is my 2nd time signing up with them.

My services with Dish are great! I'm able to watch the shows I love whenever I want.

I kike the service itself but i was mislead by an operator. I was told i needed a one dollar hold on my debit card to begin service. He then stated if i wanted the free hopper all i would have to do is give my banking information to set up for auto pay and i would qualify. To my knowledge i didnt know tge first month bill had to b paid then and there nor out of my checking account that day. I didnt have funds available at the time of the transaction which incurred an insufficient funds fee plus the loss of my service and a whole new debt of 587 for service i dont have and service i believed to initially get started would cost one dollar to began and first month billed would come out of my checkings account...but i didnt know the first month was due upfront. I feel tricked.

Easy to use excellent picture quality

We were so happy with the efficiency of the process and how smooth it went. Todd was a great person and installed the system in a timely fashion. He was very friendly and competent. We would recommend him and dish network in a heartbeat.

It has a clear picture that is top notch for all viewing and a cheap price.
