I was told by the operator that you would charge my card $49.99. You guys ended up charging my card 49 99 plus $151 and you guys never came to install anything. When I call to get my money refunded I was harassed by your operator

You have to get dish it the best I tried the other network but they didn't Work for me. I love dish so much I have it at home and at my home on the lake in Alabama. I've had Direct TV and Comcast prior to Dish so I have a history to evaluate all three. I purchased a place in Florida that had Dish provided by the Association. I enjoyed it and decided to give it a try in my home in Massachusetts. It has worked out just fine.

I got a bundle and I thought it would be a good n saving money as well as I had before from different company. But after 4 days I found that I have almost NO internet and the speed is sooooo slow couldn't even open many websites. So I called Dish Network and they told me that I finished my monthly data allowance and the Internet speed have to reduce to 128k!!! Which NObody from Dish Network inform me that at all when I did sign up with them!!! As NObody inform me also that I sign up on 24 month contract,because I did the sign up through the phone!!! and I found out that from the contract they email me. Which I sign it through the tecniation who install the bundle and I sign it by his phone and when I asked him what is that.he said that because I'm done the job. And didn't tell me that is the contract. And if I knew it was I would read it carefully first before I sign it and would never accept to make the contract for 24 month espcially I didn't asked that when I sign it. And when the Internet speed reduced that slow I called Dish Network and I was so mad and I had to cancel the Internet service completely and I also shipped them the equipments. That's the whole story.
