This was our first time ordering with USB-Flash Drive. We were nervous to place such a large order with them since we hadn't used them before. I worked with James Thomas and he calmed my fears by sending me samples and pictures throughout the process. We are located in the United States and the time difference was never a problem because the team was attentive. The USBs arrived on time and the quality was great!
