Buying process was straight forward
Buying process was straight forward and smooth. Package arrived in a shamble of a box from China... good thing my purchase wan’t fragile.

We pride ourselves on customer service and delivering a great product so it is important to receive feedback so we can look into processes and make improvements where necessary. We have been using FedEx for around 10 years now and very rarely we see any damaged packages We will look into the packaging used for this shipment and ensure our supplier uses more sturdy boxes and plastic wrap for future orders to ensure this does not happen again. I would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and I do hope this does not effect any future orders you would want to place to with us. Good Affordable Product, UK Company
Everyone was wonderful to work with and we are satisfied with the product we received. However, it seems there are several departments and some confusion as to how to pay. I ordered from the US and this company's headquarters are in the UK. So the only way to pay is by mailing a check to the UK. They are not set up to receive payment from the US via debit or credit card. Not a big issue, but something to be mindful of. Overall satisfied with the product, price, and service.

Good product and price
Good product and price. A little challenging paying as they charge extra for paying with AMEX which we use for corporate payments. It was a hassle in order to avoid this charge.
