The folks at USB-flashdrive were helpful and responsive. We got a good product at a good price. Only 4/5 due to slight color difference in the final product from what I expected.

She charges a set up fee each time, turn-around is about 2 weeks, and there is usually some back & forth about my logo (which she is familiar with on other products that I order). I filled out everything online and expected there to be hidden charges or a long turnaround...I was waiting for "the catch" - there was none. There was no set-up fee and it's taken 2 weeks to receive, which was no worse than my previous vendor. The customer service has been INCREDIBLE: quick response; friendly people on the other end; artwork correct the FIRST time; follow up on shipping was immediate; no hidden charges; great pricing; etc. As a first-time customer, I'm beyond impressed. It's rare these days to have a vendor exceed your expectations, but they managed to do so.
