Good...but shipping issues
The item was shipped to the billing address, not the address provided for shipping. The items did come on time, but again, wrong address. I would order from them again.

Disappointed this time
My experience has always been first rate. However, this last order that I just received was packaged differently than my orders normally are. Having each flash drive packaged individually creates additional work for me and as they say time is money.

Friendly but received a day late.
The customer service was friendly and helpful. We did receive our product a day later than they originally estimated. Other than that everything turned out ok. I may use them again.

usually good, but this time disappointing
I have been a patron of USB Flash Drive.com for years and they have always provided excellent service. However, this time the order took much longer than usual to process, half of the items came with lanyards instead of key chains which was ordered and it was sent to the wrong address, which was extremely inconvenient to deal with. Staff is friendly and I have never had such problems before, so not sure if this was a freak incident, or if service is going downhill.

Cap is loose fitting
Customer service was great. They worked with us on the cost and delivery was on time. The only complaint is the loose fitting lid.

Oh the Blur!
Great company to deal with however many of the USBs arrived with blurry printing.
