Everything was just fine very fast. The only thing is I was to crop a picture of my Lucy but one her ID cards its the original pic. Maybe I didn't do it right but that's the only little thing. I'm going to register my 2 other furkids as well.

I bought this in hopes that it will work getting my dog to pass as a service dog because I travel often and my dog has learned to alert me with my diabetes and sugar spikes and lows. I have not yet tried this because of covid. My fear is that he did not go through formal training and testing and will this be an issue. This package was expensive and honestly looks kind of hokey with the extremely bright red and cheap looking leash/collar.

The law allows for owners to train their own dogs so it should not be an issue and under the same law, In situations where it is not obvious that the dog is a service animal, staff may ask only two specific questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Staff are not allowed to request any documentation for the dog, require that the dog demonstrate its task, or inquire about the nature of the person's disability. I was completely satisfied wit the emotional support registry I did thru your website. The amount of time it took for my kit to arrive was above satisfactory. I am happy wit the quality of the i.d. badge for my dog King wit his picture. And the rest of the paperwork which came really helps if I run into a situation where they are trying to deny me and King access.

We’re happy to send out the correct size to you, we just ask that you return the incorrect sized item(s) by mail to our office. There will be no shipping or return fee charged by us within 14 days.
