Don’t buy the service dog registry if you just want an ESA letter.
I like how easy it was to get an ESA letter, although I was tricked into buying a service dog registry entry, which is totally useless. Edit: USA Service Dog promptly contacted me after I wrote this review. They were happy to refund me the registry entry money. Changing my review from 3 stars to 5.

Our registrations are recognized in all 50 states. If you'd like to have your dog's registration cancelled and refunded, please contact us at 888-656-DOGS (3647) with the registration ID number and we will be more than happy to assist you in cancelling your dog's registration and getting refunded back the cost of back to you.
