We are very satisfied . We didn’t wait too long to get our certificate during the tragedy that happened to my family recently.

It is great I have it on my bulldog when she is working

We received quickly. Just not sure if this is sufficient for airline travel now that they do not allow emotional support animals. Is additonal training needed or is this certification enough?

I am very upset, i purchased the product for $99 where they sent you the certificate, the dog vest, etc. When i got the dog jacket it did not say service dog on the vest, it is useless, no one will let my dog in anywhere since they have no idea that it is truly a service dog. I want a refund. Will never recommend this site to anyone, in fact i will tell them don't bother.
