Hi Amine , We are sorry to hear that the vest was not a perfect fit for Max. We offer a free exchange on any equipment that doesn’t fit your dog within 14 days of receiving your product. We’re happy to send out the correct size to you, we just ask that you return the incorrect sized item(s) by mail to our office. There will be no shipping or return fee charged by us within 14 days. We may charge a restocking fee to process exchanges after 14 days. When returning a vest, please make sure to return the vest patches as well or you may incur an additional charge.
