Everything was delivered in a timely manner, ID tags are good, wish they had more information on ADA as that is asked frequently. The vest however said small for a Dachshound but it is way too big. Should have gotten an extra small.

We’re happy to send out the correct size to you, we just ask that you return the incorrect sized item(s) by mail to our office. There will be no shipping or return fee charged by us within 14 days. We may charge a restocking fee to process exchanges after 14 days. When returning a vest, please make sure to return the vest patches as well or you may incur an additional charge. Thank you.

My experience was generally good
My experience was generally good, except that I paid for expedited shipping but didn't receive the package in the time frame I paid for. I have contacted USASD multiple times about this and they just won't respond to my email.

I was impressed with the identification…
I was impressed with the identification badges and the convenience of the vest. I would have liked the option to purchase a vest that allows a dog to carry water supplies. Overall, everything was perfectly satisfying my expectations of professionalism. This is why I also chose your company to meet my needs

Easy & fast!
I love the ease of registering my baby! But I will honestly say that I am very upset with the collar that I purchased! I have only had it on him for a few weeks and the E.S.A. is already wearing off. If that was embroidered in I feel that would be much better!
