Hi Stephany, We apologize for any issues with therapy session. All of our licensed therapist normally conducts phone consultation with exception if the client wants everything done by Email, Skype, Face time, or in times when the letter is urgent and both parties are not able to agree on a convenient time for both. We have raised the issue with our Accounts Manager and gave the therapist assigned to you feedback to make sure something like this would not happen again. We would also like to extend a 20% off discount for the consultation and letter for any inconvenience. Hi Melissa, We are sorry to hear that the package came to you open. We can assure you that we make sure all the packages that leave our office are completely sealed. There are a few cases reported that they received the package open which may have been caused by some unforeseen issues while in transit.
