Hi Elise, We are sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with your dog's registration specifically with the DOT certification. This is something that should come from a medical/ mental health doctor and not the registration service. If you do not have a local therapist who can issue you this letter, we do work with several therapists who can evaluate you by phone and issue you an ESA letter if deemed appropriate.
