communication poor
I paid $60.00 for a digital document and a lightweight ID tag. I inquired why a service dog tag would come on on a lightweight ball chain vs an S- link to use with her harness but did not receive any response. Can not leave a favorable response.

Jacket exchange needed; vendor not responding.
I received my order and it was as described. But red jacket is too small for my dog. I have tried to contact the vendor by phone twice and have emailed several times about exchanging our "extra small" jacket for a "small", but have received NO response from the vendor. We would like to expedite a change. With provided credentials and leash, our dog now easily accesses facilities otherwise barred to pets, so this is working. Can we work an exchange of the jacket, PLEASE ??! G. Steele

Everything was great and easy
Everything was great and easy! The only downfall is I didn't receive the vest velcro stickers to go on my dogs vest. And I didn't receive the right size collar (I ordered a large and got an xs)

I am very happy with service I received…
I am very happy with service I received in that it was prompt and easy.However,the size of the vest was wrong as I had marked xsmall but Unfortunately my dog must really be just a Small.In any case , I never complained to you and instead carry my ID card in case there is a problem for not using the vest.Thank you for your service in this area.

If you ordered an item that does not fit your dog correctly, such as a vest or collar, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to process a free exchange. We’re happy to send out the correct size to you, we just ask that you return the incorrect sized item(s) by mail to our office. There will be no shipping or return fee charged by us within 14 days. We may charge a restocking fee to process exchanges after 14 days. When returning a vest, please make sure to return the vest patches as well or you may incur an additional charge.
