We do offer a free exchange on any equipment that doesn’t fit your dog so if the vest you ordered does not fit your dog correctly, kindly contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to process a free exchange at 888-656-DOGS (3647) with your order number or your dog's registartion ID number. We’re happy to send out the correct size to you, we just ask that you return the incorrect sized item(s) by mail to our office. There will be no shipping or return fee charged by us within 14 days. We may charge a restocking fee to process exchanges after 14 days. When returning a vest, please make sure to return the vest patches as well or you may incur an additional charge. We will be more than happy to ship them out to you and also see as to mailing the metal dog tag you prefer.
