Hi BOnnie, We are sorry to hear that the vest was not a perfect fit for SirKAi. We do offer a free exchange on any equipment that doesn’t fit your dog so If you ordered an item that does not fit your dog correctly, such as a vest or collar, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to process a free exchange. We’re happy to send out the correct size to you, we just ask that you return the incorrect sized item(s) by mail to our office. There will be no shipping or return fee charged by us within 14 days. We may charge a restocking fee to process exchanges after 14 days. When returning a vest, please make sure to return the vest patches as well or you may incur an additional charge. Please let us know the exact size you need for the replacement by calling us at 888-656-DOGS (3647) or by email through [email protected].
