Timely, not pricey, and quality products

I found the process easy for a non tech guy. Hardest part was getting a picture of my dog, whom is camera shy.

I received my ID, certificate, harness and a few other items. I used to fly with my service animal and bring with me most places I go.

Yes, I received my order. It was delayed even though I paid for 2 day shipping. When received I discovered that the SMALL was still too big for my dog. Also, when we got to our destination Pyper was still not allowed to enter because of the wording on her tag. It said support dog instead of service dog. I am sure that the issues are my fault but I am still concerned as to what I need to do to get things straight. Most probably I did not do something correctly. Also there are no pictures or instructions as to what the finished look is to be. I don't know what to do with the long chain and what are the Velcro tabs on the top for? I am confused as to exactly what to do. I want to do it properly, but I just don't know how. There should be step by step directions. 🥴
