The track suit is baggy when it’s supposed to be slim and the wrong color. Emailed requesting a refund. Was told they’d look into it. And that was that. Never heard back.

I ordered a Womens' size Large based on my usual size. The jacket was beautiful but ran on the small side. I contacted USA LEATHER JACKETS and they were very quick to reply and responsive to my situation. After taking care of the requested picture and data, they are sending me a womens' size extra large. Their assistance and attention to this matter was greatly appreciated!

The jacket that I purchased is a Hypland knockoff. The item is the Hello Kitty Varsity Jacket. The original is made of wool and the design is made of the same material as the rest of the jacket. The one I got has the design embroidered instead of the same wool fabric. Upon delivery, the sleeves smelled really bad since it’s made of synthetic leather and I had to air it out. I never heard of this website, and I just took my chance since the jacket was already sold out on the Hypland website. The original version is made of wool and the sleeves are real leather. I should have read the description closer because it did say that the sleeves are made of synthetic leather. I contacted them so I could return it but I never got a response. I also left a review on their website regarding the lack of response, but I don’t think they are honest on the reviews since they only post the ones that have 4 or 5 stars. After I aired out the jacket for a few days, the smell went away and it does look pretty well made even though I know it’s not the legit version, so to save the trouble of trying to get a refund or even trying to get a response, I just decided to keep the item.

Excellent customer service and my jacket is exactly what it said it was. I Love it! I’m definitely going to be ordering more. Quality is wonderful

I am writing a review mainly on the service of US Leather Jackets. The order process was easy and got my jacket fairly quick. I expect the letterman female jacket to be a bit roomy as that is what it is supposed fit. I ordered a large and received large but thought it was a bit to tight so I email them if I could exchange for XL and they responded very quickly and are going to ship me the exchange. I appreciate the quick response and accommodation from this company as ordering online is a hit or miss. I would certainly order from this company again.

An absolutely terrible experience. Ordered Feb 23 and took forever to deliver on March 21. Totally refused to honor their return and refund policy. (Item was very too large a fit), even though I complied with every requirement of the return process. I disputed the charge with Citibank and Citibank accepted their response of "the goods were delivered as promised" and denied me credit even though the dispute was about size and not delivery. It took until today, May 2 for final resolution and I now have a charge for a coat that is way too big for me to wear. Terrible terrible terrible.

Do not buy leather jackets from this company. The leather is very cheap. The return policy is this: drag out the process past 30 days then claim the 30 day return policy is over. They are a bunch of cons.

Complete scam of a company. Do not buy anything from them. I had to push to get a full refund initially offered 25% of price them eventually after several email gave me the full price . Then a week later I get a letter in the mail from customs saying I owe 20.00 since it was shipped from china even tho the company says shipped from US
