Figured'Art USAReviews of usa.figuredart.com

Very disappointed. First of all 2+1 is a scam. They have send me only two pictures and it has been almost a month, but my third (+1) picture hasn’t been even prepared for shipping. I was trying to contact support, but they are not giving any useful information. Okay, now about two pictures that I have received. Both of them came in one box, so if you want to make presents for two different people it won’t be possible. Paint package were broken. The quality of wood for frame is very bad, some pieces left and wood is raw, so you can get a splinter. And the smell….canva smells glue really strong. In overall, think twice to buy it. They are sending from China, so you will get this crazy surprise after a month. And if you want to return it back be ready to pay for the shipping from your own pocket!

I've been ordering from this brand for a while now so this review is long overdue. My first order was a paint by numbers kit for my Mom's birthday. It was a custom design from a photo of our cat, which she loved. Arrived safely and before the estimated date. The design of their packaging is quite nice so it made for a nice gift. And, being an artist myself, I can say that their acrylic paint is good quality as well. I'm already planning to get my Mom another painting kit from this brand for her birthday this year. That first order turned out better than I expected so I have since been ordering diamond paintings for myself (about 7-10 so far). Each design I've ordered has been worth it and I noticed that for their largest sizes, the details are superb. I'm very happy with their selection of masterworks. (Hope you'll add more, particularly artworks by Monet.) Their customer service has been very responsive whenever I have questions about my order or need something changed. There is a tracking app on their website so I don't usually need to contact them about my order status. My overall experience with Figured'Art has been quite positive from the beginning. I'm more than satisfied with both the products and the service, and so long as they continue to deliver with quality and consistency, I'll continue to support this brand. Definitely recommend.

Anita was quick to respond to my question, and I had the answer within 24 hours. Perfect customer service! There was nothing wrong with delivery or painting, those were also perfect. Thank you. I will order again.

Tracking says my package was delivered yesterday even though I just got the message literally a few hours ago that it was delivered. Sent a message a didn’t get any reply. They don’t have a number to call either.

I sent in a picture of my finished PBN and Figured'Art asked if they could use it. I have ordered many times from them and they always deliver a consistent product. I recommend Figured'Art to get you to the next level of your enjoyment and skill.

The paints provided in the kit do not match the colors in the included picture ("Ocean Galleon"). The vintage ship should be various shades of brown-as in the picture. Instead I received 6 pots of different shades of green, so now I would have a green ship. I will be happy to purchase the appropriate paint.

Estou muito satisfeita não só pelos produtos que adquiri como também por todo o apoio que tive na troca de um item que veio errado. Assistencia fantástica! Voltarei a comprar neste site!

I think that the choices and quality of paintings are excellent. I have been ordering on a regular basis and it has kept my mind active since the lockdown last March. I find it very relaxing and rewarding. I have all my paintings framed and hanging on the walls of my house, people have asked me if I would do one for them and they will pay me, in fact I have been offered £250 for one of my paintings, Guardian Angel. After sales service brilliant, very professional and efficient, quickly responding to my queries, Gaby in particular is great. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic the service has been very good, no problem at all, and find it irritating to find how ungrateful and selfish some of the general public are. I have no complaints only praise for all your hard work and efforts, may it long continue Kind regards Frank Castle
