As a first time customer of Figured'art I was disappointed when my order came and it was not right. I reached out to customer service for help. The response was fast and helpful. Once I explained what was wrong Dean the representative not only corrected the error, but went out of his way to communicate with me with personal notes each step of the way. Mistakes happen, but it's nice to see a company that takes making the customer happy a priority. The product I received was packaged securely in perfect shape. I look forward to completing these kits and being a long time customer.

Responded to my needs quickly. They were polite and apologetic for their error. Will continue to purchase there products.

While I am a bit disappointed that a crocheting kit was online and then it turned out there were problems and therefore couldn't get my order, the customer service is friendly and good. They gave me an option to choose an alternative on their website but instead I asked a refund which they gave with no issues.If the product comes back I will surely order it again.

Too good to be true! Saw that this company was located in my hometown, however they are not (virtual office space?) So when I reached out to them about a few things, response time was quick. It is a little confusing about their shipping. Only items marked USA will ship 1-4 days. Ummm I am still waiting for that one item. All other items are directly from China. I am frustrated that the site does not clearly say anything about out of country for the items. Very disappointed in how businesses are doing this. That shipment is a 1-3 week wait. However it is actually going to beat the other item. The local item still has not arrived. This is now day 7 and still waiting apparently it is in transit. So cannot speak to quality, yet I have placed other orders from other similar companies and received products quickly. Update: I did receive everything after 2 weeks. Canvas is great and picture quality also good. Super sticky surface for all diamond art prints.

Specifically went for this company for their 2+1 deal diamond dotting and FREE shipping worldwide. Placed order 23 Oct 23, received email 25 Oct 23 regards postage address not being suitable, supplied new address 26 Oct 23, WAITED and queried via email, Sam replied 8 Nov 23 saying my order would be prioritised. Received email 9 Nov 23 saying i would now have to pay for shipping with Fedex (Free shipping ???), duly paid, Sam indicated i should receive a tracking number within a few days, STILL WAITING. Will say Sam has assisted (sort of). I would have requested cancel if it wasn't that I wanted these specific type pictures. Lets see what happens, will update my review accordingly. Received my items in good order 27 Nov 23. Happy with all except the shipping costs that were unexpected.

I have been doing paint by numbers for the last three years and I have produced 58 paintings, most of which are displayed in our home, it looks like a gallery! I never had cause to complain until recently, I received two canvasses and the print was extremely faint and I was unable to commence either painting. I contacted customer services, my problem was resolved very professionally, efficiently, in a very friendly manner in a timely and appropriate manner. Painting is my therapy and hobby, I am involved with our local university as a service user, assisting lecturers and students, all of which look forward to viewing my latest reproduction. I have developed my own technique of applying colours to enhance the subject and overall finish of the painting ( I was offered £250 for one of my first paintings!), however, it still hangs proudly in our living room. First order arrived in 19 days. The 2nd in 17. I live in the United States. Both times I ordered 3 kits and everything that was supposed to be included was. PBN is a fun, stress relieving activity. There are a few issues. The paints you get in the kit may be darker than the image colors shown online. The image on the canvas may be a little different from what you were expecting. Happened to me twice. I've finished my 3rd canvas and am about to start my 4th. You need patience and commitment. Brush control improves with practice. Painting is personal, so don't be afraid to add a few touches or change a color. Some segments may not be numbered. Numbers may be too small to read easily. Paint can separate and be watery. Just mix it. Some colors require multiple coats to cover the number. Acrylic paints are water-based so clean up only requires soap and water. The canvases are identified as easy, intermediate and advanced. Advanced canvases are difficult and have dozens of tiny segments . It took me 3 1/2 weeks working 2 hours a day to complete one. (Terrace in Paris). In my experience Figured'Art is a trustworthy company. None of the issues are critical. The finished piece is worth the effort and occasional frustration.

This review is more about shipping and service, as I have just begun painting. I placed my order on 5/3/23, excited that I could have a PBN from one of my own photos. The product shipped just two days later. But then tracking stopped on the 11th and I emailed support on the 25th. Support responded promptly, but the package never arrived. I emailed a couple more times, becoming increasingly concerned, but eventually they acknowledged it was lost and expedited a replacement, which arrived in only 10 days. On 6/24/23, I received the replacement and on 6/26 I received the original order (which they told me to keep-woohoo, extra paint!) All this to say that it may take awhile to receive your order - give it 4 weeks from shipping date. And if something goes wrong, customer support will not leave you hanging -they will take care of you. As for the product, I have only just started painting, but I am very pleased with the first paint pot already - it was ready to use without having to thin it with water, which I have had to do with other brands. Figured'Art apparently carries a zillion colors (well, more that 2640 anyway) because they send you a key to placing numbered stickers on the paint pots which have stock numbers on them. With such a large stock of hues, I am hopeful for a true to life color match.
