Figured'Art USAReviews of usa.figuredart.com

First order arrived in 19 days. The 2nd in 17. I live in the United States. Both times I ordered 3 kits and everything that was supposed to be included was. PBN is a fun, stress relieving activity. There are a few issues. The paints you get in the kit may be darker than the image colors shown online. The image on the canvas may be a little different from what you were expecting. Happened to me twice. I've finished my 3rd canvas and am about to start my 4th. You need patience and commitment. Brush control improves with practice. Painting is personal, so don't be afraid to add a few touches or change a color. Some segments may not be numbered. Numbers may be too small to read easily. Paint can separate and be watery. Just mix it. Some colors require multiple coats to cover the number. Acrylic paints are water-based so clean up only requires soap and water. The canvases are identified as easy, intermediate and advanced. Advanced canvases are difficult and have dozens of tiny segments . It took me 3 1/2 weeks working 2 hours a day to complete one. (Terrace in Paris). In my experience Figured'Art is a trustworthy company. None of the issues are critical. The finished piece is worth the effort and occasional frustration.

Had a problem with the painting when it was delivered, had a few creases in it. But they dealt with it so quickly and replaced the whole lot free of charge. It was also delivered in record time. Brilliant! Wouldn’t use anyone else, can’t rate them highly enough. Well done, keep up the good work guys….. this was a very large and personal painting…..

This review is more about shipping and service, as I have just begun painting. I placed my order on 5/3/23, excited that I could have a PBN from one of my own photos. The product shipped just two days later. But then tracking stopped on the 11th and I emailed support on the 25th. Support responded promptly, but the package never arrived. I emailed a couple more times, becoming increasingly concerned, but eventually they acknowledged it was lost and expedited a replacement, which arrived in only 10 days. On 6/24/23, I received the replacement and on 6/26 I received the original order (which they told me to keep-woohoo, extra paint!) All this to say that it may take awhile to receive your order - give it 4 weeks from shipping date. And if something goes wrong, customer support will not leave you hanging -they will take care of you. As for the product, I have only just started painting, but I am very pleased with the first paint pot already - it was ready to use without having to thin it with water, which I have had to do with other brands. Figured'Art apparently carries a zillion colors (well, more that 2640 anyway) because they send you a key to placing numbered stickers on the paint pots which have stock numbers on them. With such a large stock of hues, I am hopeful for a true to life color match.

I placed my order #11320333H April 13 and until now I haven’t received it and not heard anything from you.I did send an email but nobody answer me. Can you please send me some information about it. Thanks

I ordered a photo painting of my son and his dog on May 23rd. I am very disappointed with the colors, his face and arms were purple and red and his dog who is brown and white was black, purple and red, I am working on it but very doubtful I can give it to him as I had planned for his birthday as it doesn’t look good.

Order No #11322219H. I have received an email on 29 May 2023 stating that they require a copy of ID and Tax ID to proceed with shipment on 30 May 2023 the morning I send the documents via email and send it again now 7days have past without any response and my order is still not ship. How can I get my money back
