i use ovh dedicated servers for year, stable amazing service low price

I’ve been using OVH for going on 3 years or 3+ years, and I have had nothing but great experiences. I don’t ever recall any downtime in my business with OVH. Very affordable prices. Hardware is very consistent. I’ve had their 2288g machines, multiple Ryzen 3000 series machines, and a handful of Ryzen 5000 series, and have never had issues with them. Recently swapped out my Ryzen 5000 series machines for some of their new 2386g machines, and the experience I had with doing so, was great! I got to talk to real people, and get the deal I wanted! OVH is my go to for a server provider!

Department: Sales Kelsey is extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly. She knows the product line and aims to please the customer. Thank you. Overall, my experience with OVH (Bare Metal Servers) has been very positive. The hardware is reliable and fast and the support is responsive. DDoS protection is very good if you know how to tweak your firewall rules.

Had someone from OVH, Kelsey Segerson, reach out to me unsolicited just to check on my services I had with them. I am by far not some giant enterprise corporation, just have a few dedicated servers, so the chances of a company even caring about someone on my level are pretty slim. Despite that, she reached out to me to see how my services were and if there was anything I needed. Ironically I was indeed dealing with an issue on my smaller box having some packet loss downstream that I had been working with OVH on for a while trying to resolve. Kelsey had not even contacted me in regards to that specific box (she actually had asked about my main box) but being frustrated with my issues on that smaller box I just laid into her with my rant and frustrations. She immediately jumped into action and got me taken care of. I will save you all the details (moving boxes etc.) but when I sent my rant back to her I got a response within mere minutes. And every response that followed was within minutes of my replies. In less than an hour she turned a very frustrated customer into an extremely happy one and quite honestly just made my day complete. OVH if anyone in management reads this, I can honestly say I was searching for a new place to put my secondary box (again, my main one has always been flawless) out of frustration and just got tired of dealing with trying to trouble shoot it. This Kelsey quite literally saved you a customer with nothing more than a simple email inquiry. Keep her. Hire more like her.

Kelsey was very responsive, and found me a solution I couldn't find on their website for my specific needs! Everyone over there is very responsive to emails! Their portal is a bit "Web 1.0" but it gets the job done.
