I had an issue with cancelling a dedicated server after migrating to a new location, and the OVHcloud US support team was very helpful throughout the process. Suhail and the Billing Support team were patient, professional, and helped me understand my options clearly. They helped resolve the cancellation and billing issue in a fair and professional way, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a positive experience with OVHcloud US support, and I plan to continue using their services long term. ：）

DO NOT BUY If you deploy a server here, pray that absolutely nothing goes sideways, because the moment it does, you are trapped in an absolute hellscape of bad UI and slow automated systems. I put my VPS in rescue it took there email 15-20 minutes to get to me for a simple password i dont think there gonna give me a refund either even if they do i still wont come here ever again I just spent hours trying to fix a broken SSH authentication loop on a fresh setup. The control panel is a total disaster—essential tools like the KVM/VNC console are buried or completely missing, making it impossible to easily troubleshoot a lockout locally. When you inevitably have to resort to Rescue Mode just to mount your drive and fix root access, the system completely crawls. Waiting for OVH to generate and email temporary rescue credentials takes an eternity. By the time you finally get in, deal with persistent token errors, and realize the system is completely borked, you've wasted half your day just to end up having to completely reinstall the OS anyway. The cheap pricing is not worth the hours of life you will lose dealing with their broken administration backend and delayed emails. Absolute garbage tier user experience.

I signed up for OVHcloud because I wanted to rent a cloud server. Apparently, OVHcloud thought I was applying for top-secret security clearance. Right after placing my order, I received an email asking for a government-issued photo ID, a photo of my credit card, and a selfie of me holding the ID. At that point, I was half expecting the next request to be my fingerprints, dental records, and a signed statement from three neighbors. I have signed up for Google Cloud and AWS without any problems. The funniest part is that this request arrives by email and comes with a 48-hour deadline. Because nothing says “modern cybersecurity” quite like an urgent email asking for your ID, credit card, and a selfie. Somewhere, a phishing scammer is probably taking notes. In the end, I decided not to continue and requested that my account be closed. Not recommended for anyone who values privacy—or anyone who does not keep an ID, credit card, and professional selfie lighting ready beside their computer.

i know nothing about this stuff! i was told to do a few upgrades to an account that someone else set up for me and the customer service person helped me get through it and get my task accomplished, with me having ZERO knowledge of what I was doing. I really appreciated the patience and assistance.
