Hi Amy, I am sorry to hear that from your neck massager. Unfortunately, technology breakdown is hard to avoid but we have the best technicians up to date to repair and fix any problems back to original state. Furthermore, we choose to repair is the fact that we can no longer sell or used the product due to hygienic reasons and we OSIM care about the earth and it's environment as well. Once it is unusable, we do not want to waste the product and dispose it.
