Ian
I own my chair (uLove) for 2.5 years. It starts to show "error 16" after I turn the chair on. I need to turn it off and restarts it again. But sometimes I need to unplug the power and wait 15mins. How can I get rid of the message?

Hi Ian, Sorry about your experience with the OSIM massage chair. Our customer service team will get in touch with you shortly. Thanks,
Scott S.
EDIT: After a period of time the $9,000+ massage chair was repaired and I am happy with the chair now. However, Not fully confident in the performance durability of this ULove Series Massage Chair, because it broke 2 times in 1 year. Hoping for longer lasting results this time. WORST SERVICE AND PRODUCTS EVER! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...NEVER AGAIN!
